According to the amendment to Act No. 258/2000 Coll., any work with asbestos must be reported to the Regional Hygiene Station (KHS). Individuals must report the intervention at least 3 days in advance.
Penalty for failure to report: up to 2,000,000 CZK.

In most cases, it is not necessary. If it's a roof replacement, all work is done from the outside. Our workers create a controlled zone and secure the house so that asbestos fibers cannot enter the living areas. We only recommend keeping windows closed during the eternit handling. Your safety is our absolute priority.
By law, work must be reported at least 30 days in advance. Unfortunately, this period cannot be legally shortened, so we recommend inquiring well in advance. The great news is that we handle all administration and paperwork for you based on a power of attorney. You don't have to worry about the authorities at all.

Yes, absolutely always. We dispose of asbestos exclusively at certified hazardous waste landfills and hand over an official eco-friendly disposal protocol upon completion. You will need this document for the building authority (during final building approval) or when applying for state subsidies.
Fairness above all. We never ask you to pay for something that isn't finished. Payment terms are always clearly defined in the Contract for Work. Usually, we only take a deposit for materials (roofing, wood), and you pay the rest of the work only after successful completion and handover without defects or unfinished business.
